Order Online
- To make shopping easier and accurate for you, we use the cart system.
- The third party is not able to view the information entered because of the SSL which encrypts the transferred information.
- Please check on the "add to bag" button, when you have decided on which product to purchase.
- When you are finished choosing all the products for purchase, please click on the "View Bag" button on the top menu bar.
- When canceling the product chosen, please check "remove" next to the product to delete from the bag
- Choose from the payment options and enter your personal information.
- Double check the information entered and click on the "submit" button. A confirmation email will be delivered in a couple of seconds.

Order by Fax
- For customers who prefer not placing orders online or do not have an email address, there is a fax available 24 hours a day.
- To make your order by fax run smoothly, please write the following information:

Shipping
- Shipping fee is $20, but $35 if you buy more than $200, $50 for more than $300 purchase, $60 for more than $400 purchase and $65 for over $500 purchase.
- We will inform you of the total price (tax and shipping included) by email. If you wish to know the total ahead of time, please feel free to contact us.

Delivery Time
- Products in stock will arrive in about 5 days after being shipped out. In case we are out of stock, we will inform you be email or by phone on the schedule and then the order will be shipped out when in stock. (Delivered directly from Hawaii)

Return Policy
- We will return or exchange the order as soon as possible in the following cases:

:: Damage during delivery

- For returns or exchanges made for the customer’s personal reasons, shipping and handling fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
Cases in which returns can not be made:
- Damages made by the customer
- Products obviously used once (defective goods not included)
- Returns requested for customer’s personal reasons (not including defective goods, mistakes) when ordered a large amount of products resulting in obstruction of business.
